With over 20 years in Mortgages & Lending, we can support our Investors make the best investment decision even if we do not administor the mortgage. Our team would reveiw the 'borrower package' and 'appraisal of subject' advise on the material risk and engage the referring Mortgage Broker.

Administration

We can review your document package and administor the morgtage in coordination with your Real Estate Lawyer. With administration, you would have a complete transaction record of the Borrower's repayment. In partnership with CIBC, your mortgage repayment would be done via electronic fund transfer.

Access to Borrower(s)

With our connection to a number of Mortgage Brokerages, we can present private lending opportunities through our network. This would include direct access to the mortgage clients we manage directly.
